I can really recommend a stay at C&A Hotel Apts in Polis!
We have just come home from our annual stay at this very nice and friendly place. At C&A you will find very spacious, clean and well equipped apartments,facilities, pool area - and you always get a smile and friendly chat from the family and staff!

For those of us who are disabled and need special equipment, the owner, Chris, also has a company where you can hire electric wheelchairs, different scooters, electric hoists etc. See this

We have stayed at C&A about 20 times! It is such a friendly and homely place and if you are thinking about a comfortable holiday, do not hesitate!

Wir waren im Oktober das vierte Mal auf Zypern im C&A Hotel in Polís. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel war wie immer zuverlässig und pünktlich. Die rollstuhlgerechten Fahrzeuge sind einfach großartig! Auch der manuelle Mietrollstuhl stand schon auf unserem Zimmer bereit, genauso wie die zu mietende komfortable Toiletten Sitzerhöhung. Alles war wie immer super und gut vorbereitet. Der Urlaub konnte also direkt beginnen. Vielen Dank an Chris und seine Familie und Assistenten, wir haben es wieder sehr genossen und kommen gerne auch ein fünftes Mal!

Thanks again for a terrific holiday. As usual, hired a mobility scooter from on site via Chris. Promptly picked from Paphos and transferred to accommodation.
Great to see Chris, George, Elaine and all their family. Special thanks to Elaine for looking after me. The beautiful beach at Latchi is as good ever, but sad that the camping site restaurant and Camp site is now deserted.
The local restaurants are nearby. Polis itself is a sleepy village, but the restaurants are fantastic and all at good prices. If you want rowdy night life, you should try Paphos.
Supermarkets nearby, one small and one very big one, both within easy walking distance.
C and A accommodation is very clean and no steps, very easy to to get around.
Well, thats about it.
See you again next year Chris.

Thank you for a relaxing stay in Polis- not a place in Cyprus I had visited before. The studio was well set up for both small meals on the terrace, and so convenient for a good range of restaurants, supermarket etc. Accessibility makes the place, from the non slip shower floor (best I've used), ramped access around the site, deep sunbed mattresses (usually I have to sit in a chair) and handrail/steps into pool. Everyone was both friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a smooth transfer to and from the airport- small touches like the stool to help get in/out of the minibus make such a difference. Having the transfer arranged with the accommodation meant that the return, which can be difficult to access abroad, was easy. The driver was also able to call the assisted travel team at Paphos Airport, so that I had a wheelchair immediately on arrival.

A service well worth using- thanks Chris.

" I have just spent a lovely restful holiday at C&A Hotel apartments. This is my third visit to this wonderful place. Chris and his family welcome you as If you are their family and never been away. Although I am not classed as disabled it is lovely to mingle with other clients from all over the world whose disabilities are well catered for around the complex.
From the pool with its electric hoist to the apartments which are very well appointed for your needs. If you need to get out to the beech or local shops and you are not good on your feet there is a fleet of electric scooters to hire. Also there is a range of hoists and equipment to hire etc. to use which you probably use at home. Breakfast outside in the court yard is the best way to start the day with a variety of hot and cold food on offer. This is a good chance to meet new guests. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything.
Although Polis is about 45 mins from Paphos airport you can arrange to be picked up by Andrew in one of their fully wheelchair adapted mini buses, so no problems getting to Polis.
Andrew can arrange day sightseeing trips in the mini buses if required.
All in all I had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning again." David Teare

I cannot express enough about this fabulous hotel and family.
Travelled with a small group, all of us having various disabilities.
Chris and his family were there on arrival to greet us. Difference being, from other hotels, we were all greeted individually, not as a group.
Rooms were spacious and very clean. Nothing was to much trouble for them to help make sure you have a good stay.
Air conditioning and me, don't get on. As soon as one of the family realised, they brought me an upright fan, ( without me asking)
The transport they provide is not only disability friendly but who ever the driver was, made you feel comfortable and safe. Again nothing was to much trouble to make sure you were comfortable etc.
I pre-booked a rollator and electric wheelchair. All waiting in my room for when I arrived.
For me, I loved the fact that the hotel was purely run by various family members and small and so relaxing.
The pool was fantastic with all amenities to assist people to get into the pool.
Really cannot express how much I loved it. Came away feeling I had left my family behind.
Already thinking if I can sneak back for a break before Christmas.
Could not fault transport in anyway, if it be airport or excursions.
Drivers prepared to help you over ramps etc.
Never used electric wheelchair before, so I lacked confidence, but if they saw me struggling/ stuck, they were there from nowhere to put me on the right track.

I thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel, the staff are so welcoming they make you feel like you're a part of their family.
I was so comfortable here that the second time I travelled completely on my own! Chris was in constant contact to help me through the on-line booking process.
I was picked up at the airport by Charoulla in their adapted taxi, although my flight was delayed and arrived late into the night, it wasn't a problem. And then sadly was dropped off back to the airport on my departure.
Kumar came to my room to collect my suitcase and bags when I was leaving and jokingly said "Have you got everything?, don't worry, if you have forgotten anything, it will still be here when you come back".
Nothing is too much to ask for. As the saying goes "Your wish is my command" and it's exactly like that!
I won't hesitate to come back here on my own again, I love this place so much, it's like having a home away from home. xxx

Just returned from a week at C&A Apartments. Everything and everyone was amazing. Help was there whenever you needed it. Transfer from airport was really good, driver helped us with the luggage and got us the assistance desk. We will be back.

Brilliant fortnight as usual and met some fantastic people who were staying as part of the Limitless group. I am always superbly looked after and I love this place!
So much so that I am returning next week ( 16th) for a cheeky 7 days. Wish it was longer but then I always do!!

and we cant forget Andrew who drives us to and from the airport in the accessible vehicle and is very helpful with our luggage

It had been 10 really relaxed days at the C&A Apartment Hotel in the small town Polis. The hotel complex is full accessible and the stuff eager to help improving any specific requirements. A nice pool with a lift which I enjoyed every day. The town however is challenging for wheelchair users. I would recommend to travel with assistance due to the high pavements and steep roads. However you can rent scooters to be more mobile and reach the beach. We used the offer of the hotel to pick us up from the airport with an accessible minibus and also bring us to Latchi, the next town with an accessible beach. My absolute highlight was going for parasailing.

It's great that your hotel is so wheelchair accessible. I was also very happy that I was able to rent an e-scooter from you for a day for only 20 euros.

My sister and I had a great week in Polis staying at C&A apartment. The flight was good and on arrival at Paphos Airport, Andrea's was there to meet us in an adapted taxi for the hour drive to Polis. It was a big relief to have the transfer already booked in advance from Paphos and the return journey also
We had a lovely clean one bedroom apartment with wet room and I hired an electric bed, shower chair and hoist which made it all easier for my sister who was caring for me. We had a lovely little terrace under a lemon tree where we could eat and drink. Chris and his family were very helpful and kind and it was great to have a pool chair which got me into the pool thanks to Chris's teams help. Polis itself had some nice restaurants and bars. I would love to return there next year if possible as we both had a wonderful time. Thank you Chris

Special thanks to Elaine who makes you feel incredibly welcome and the boys Anton & Kuma who are there 24/7 to assist in any situation.

Hi Chris,
I would like to thank you for such an amazing time that I had staying at your apartments last week.

The transfer from the airport was arranged very efficiently. I shared the taxi with another couple, who were in wheelchairs. The driver was very professional in supporting them into the adapted minibus. Ensuring he explained everything at each point, assisting us all with our luggage.
Once at the hotel I was made to feel very welcome again, as this is my third visit. First two visits were for work, where accompanied guests through my job.
They were able to hire all sorts of adapted equipment, including profile beds, mobility scooters and wheelchairs.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and youbare treated like family.

Beautiful place and would recommend everytime

The atmosphere was so amazing, and nothing was too much bother.

Myself, Tom and Adrian had a wonderful stay at C&A. The facilities and hospitality offered is brilliant, and nothing was too much to ask. We spent most days in and out of the pool, but also managed to explore further afield in Latchi using the team’s wheelchair taxi service.

Thank you all so much for creating an amazing accessible place to stay. We will definitely be back.
