It has been a few years since I was at C&A Apartments with my disabled husband Brian who passed away in 2015 and I could not have made a better choice than to come back this year on Honeymoon with Mike. We had a wonderful welcome from both family and the lovely staff and Mike felt very comfortable right from the start. We are both able bodied as were a number of other pairs of guests and we were comfortable making friends with all the guests whom I have to say had nothing but compliments for C&A and the specialised equipment hire service that you are able to offer and just having a wonderful relaxing time. Our taxi transfer booked with you was efficient on both journeys and our room in the garden area was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very welcome as part of the package and coffees, snacks and meals as well as gifts to take home are well catered for in Polis - a short walk up the road. Thank you for the loan of the mobility scooters which we used on one of our visits to Latchi and we took advantage of them to take a lovely ride around the Harbour Wall. I must not forget the swimming pool which is lovely and safe and contributed to a wonderful relaxing and very happy time with you and all at C&A. Just had 2 weeks at C&A apartments, the service we received was excellent. Right from the start, with the apartments own minibus driver waiting for us at the airport, and the welcome we received when we arrived.
All the family and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for us and the equipment we hired, hoist and shower chair, enabled us to have a worry free holiday.
Chris actually purchased a reclining shower chair, because I mentioned on the booking that a normal upright one would be a struggle.
The breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was clean and welcoming.
The rooms have all you need to prepare meals but with so many nice restaurants/tavernas just a short stroll away we ate out every night.
We will be back very soon I hope.

Har været på 8 dages ferie i kørestol sammen med hustru. Stedet er perfekt til kørestolsbrugere. Alt er tilgængeligt. Fin service med afhentning og tilbagekørsel til lufthavn. Værten og personalet er behjælpeligt med alt som gæsterne måtte ønske. Omkring poolen træffer men andre ligestillede med handicap og hvis man kan lidt sprog ( engelsk) får man mange gode kontakter. Byen Polis er ikke noget specielt og udover en Kirke og et Museum er det hurtigt overset. I centrum er der en del restauranter og hvis man er til lidt fredeligt ophold uden de store udflugter er stedet fint. Lejede selv en scooter på stedet hvilket gjorde det muligt med en udflugt til nærmeste havn Latsi ca. 4 km hvor der er mulighed for forskellige bådture. Stedet kan anbefales. Vi landede i Laneka lufthavn og det er 2 timers kørsel til stedet.

I have wanted to go to Cyprus since my father told me about his time there as part of the UN Mission. Going alone and being disabled I knew I had to find a vacation where everything was cared for in terms of accessibility, transfer and airport. After looking around on the websites of my local travel agencies I found one that offered vacations here at C&A, and I jumped right on this opportunity.
I have not regretted this choice at all and I can highly recommend this hotel and the town of Polis for a quiet vacation.

When I travel I find it so physically exhausting so the fact that I have found somewhere so perfectly accessible that actually has all of the equipment and facilities that they claim to have I just keep coming back. When I book I know I am guaranteed to have a relaxing, wonderful, epic holiday. From the moment you arrive in cyprus the wheelchair accessible vehicles that transfer us from the airport stress free to the apartments. The fully accessible environment and access to extra equipment that you might need. The beaches with the sea track and the sea chairs with really helpful lifeguards to assist. Why on earth would I choose anywhere else?

Meine im Rollstuhl sitzende Tochter und ich suchten nach einer Unterkunft, die für unsere Bedürfnisse die richtige Basis für zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Sonne bietet. Beim Googeln entdeckte ich dann diese Unterkunft. Alles ist rollstuhlgerecht. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer, besser Appartement, richtig Platz. Das Bad ist voll ausgestattet für Rollstuhlfahrer. Das macht es leicht. Das Schwimmbad bietet auch einen Lifter. Perfekt! Mietwagen würde ich empfehlen oder eine gute Abstimmung mit der Unterkunft, die auch Rollstuhltaxis organisiert. Das ganze Team war sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt!

Booked for the first time at C & A Hotel Apartments, but certainly not for the last time: from the very beginning of our trip – the airport service to the hotel – this holiday was a bull’s-eye. Andreas was waiting for us at the airport and took us smoothly to the hotel, telling us some anecdotes and interesting facts l
When we arrived at the hotel, the paterfamilias 😉 took us to our room. This was spacious, very neat and fully equipped to properly receive and care for less mobile people. There was also a nice terrace where we could comfortably read a book in the morning – before the heat – and in the evening – after the sun had set – with a view over the swimming pool.The breakfast that was served fully met our expectations: sweet, savory, variety of bread, fruit, pastries, yogurt, tasty coffee, fruit juices, tea, …A true revelation for us was the swimming pool: it was equipped with a hoist, which allows the less mobile person to easily get in and out of the pool in a very simple way. Sun loungers were also provided with raised cushions, so we could sit down or stand up from the lounger without any problem.Finally, the service where mobility aids can be rented is fantastic. We rented an electric scooter for a week, which once again made our stay so pleasant as our range became much larger.One common thread throughout the entire stay: all the people are super friendly and very helpful. During the day everyone asks how we are doing. This shows the concern for the guests and the will – if nothing is not quite right – to immediately provide a solution to the extent possible.
Congratulations to Chris and the entire family and employees for the excellent welcome, we will definitely come back here.

Although we visited Cyprus for the first time, I felt comfortable in the c & a hotel from the very beginning. When we arrived at the airport the wheelchair adapted taxi with the driver Andreas was already waiting. Every morning we enjoyed the rich breakfast and the familiar atmosphere. The swimming pool as well as the apartments are perfectly equipped for wheelchairs, and everything worked correctly and looked rather new. The temperature of the pool was perfect for a tetra like me.
We also enjoyed the Cyprus sea, the beach and the sea track in between. But most unique on the beach is the path for wheelchairs and hikers.
Thank you also for the interesting trips. But I feel that there is more to see in the surrounding of Polis and so I like to come again like other guests use to do. Thanks to all of you for the restful holiday time.

“Just a few lines to say what a lovely, restful holiday I have just had at C&A Hotel Apartments. Polis. Thank you Chris, Family and Staff for the friendly warm welcome I received from you all and the on going friendship through out the holiday (which was far too short !) From the collection at the airport by Andrew in the fully wheelchair compliant Taxi / mini bus to the spotless and fully equipped apartment I knew I was in for a great holiday. Although I hired a car the provision to hire the taxi / mini bus was available to anyone for trips around the island. Lovely sized pool with a Hoist and the provision of all sorts of Mobility aids and equipment which can be reasonably hired. Everything is to hand if required. Met up with many other guests from UK, Denmark, Austria and Belgium to name a few who where all mixing and having a great time. Can’t forget the staff who where always very helpful, lots of laughs with them.
And lastly the family whom I love to bits and they all support Liverpool Football Club, what could be better.”

It was the 2nd time we have chosen C&A for our holiday stay in Cyprus, Polis and hope for sure it is not the last time we see Chris and family. We really like it here- C&A has everything you need to ensure comfortable staying for disabled people. Everything is simple and clean. You may use C&A taxi service for airport transfer, scooter for comfortable transfer at Polis (going to shops, restaurants etc.). Apartments are in a calm surrounding, although restaurants, massages, barbers are just a few minutes away, so it is easy to reach. We had a nice time by the pool and beach, and really enjoyed our time spent with C&A family. Thank you for everything!

Na jaren op vakantie geweest te zijn naar Italië met een caravan hebben we dit jaar gekozen voor een volledig rolstoel toegankelijke vakantie op Cyprus via Buitengewoon Reizen in Nederland hebben we geboekt bij C&A Appartment bij Chris en zijn familie. We konden online via Buitengewoon reizen meteen een hoog laag bed bestellen en er was ook de mogelijkheid om nog heel veel andere producten bestellen die de vakantie optimaal zou kunnen maken.
We werden op het vliegveld afgehaald door de vader van Chris + chauffeur met een rolstoelbus en een later werden we welkom geheten en rondgeleid door ons appartement. Het appartement is ruim opgezet heeft 3 toiletten, 2 badkamers. De badkamers zijn voorzien van een douchestoel en 1 van de 2 badkamers is ruim genoeg om met de rolstoel in te draaien en transfer direct naar douchestoel te maken. Het zwembad is voorzien van verhoogde ligbedden en een lift om zelfstandig het zwembad in en uit te kunnen komen. Het hele appartementen complex is helemaal toegankelijk. Alle medewerkers en Chris en zijn familie zijn zeer geïnteresseerd en hebben goede tips en tricks. Aan het strand vlakbij Polis, is een speciale plek voor gehandicapte mensen, ze hebben daar een seatrack waarmee de gehandicapte via een mooi systeem in en uit het water kan. Dit apparaat gaat pas met ingang van half juni in bedrijf maar gelukkig hebben wij daar nog 3 dagen van kunnen genieten van de totaal 14 dagen. De transfer is goed te doen en indien nodig word je wordt geassisteerd door de lifeguards van het strand. Je krijgt een gratis bedje op het verharde gedeelte en je familie kan indien ruimte genoeg bij je zitten. Familieleden betalen wel voor het bedje.
We hebben een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad bij Chris en zijn familie, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar mochten we nog een keer naar Cyprus toe gaan!

After years of going on vacation to Italy with a caravan we have chosen this year for a fully wheelchair accessible vacation in Cyprus via Buitengewoon Reizen in the Netherlands and we booked with C&A Appartment with Chris and his family. We could immediately order a high low bed online through Buitengewoon reizen and there was also the possibility to order a lot of other products that could make the vacation optimal.
We were picked up at the airport by Chris’ father + driver with a wheelchair van and an hour later we were welcomed and shown around our apartment. The apartment is spacious has 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with showerchair and 1 of the 2 bathrooms is spacious enough for wheelchair to turn in and transfer directly to showerchair. The pool is equipped with raised loungers and an elevator to get in and out of the pool independently. The entire apartment complex is completely accessible. All staff and Chris and his family are very interested and have good tips and tricks. At the beach near Polis, there is a special place for disabled people, they have a seatrack there that allows the disabled person to get in and out of the water through a nice system. This device only goes into operation from mid-June but fortunately we were still able to enjoy it for 3 days out of the total 14 days. The transfer is good to do and if necessary you are assisted by the lifeguards of the beach. You get a free bed on the paved area and your family can sit with you if space permits. Family members do pay for the cot.
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation with Chris and his family, definitely worth repeating should we go to Cyprus again!

Dear Chris and family
It was really so lovely to see you again. As always it meant a wonderful stay at the most fantastic hotel in Cyprus. The friendliness, joy, pleasant rooms and surrounding together with fantastic staff and owner family, makes us eager to come back again and again and again….
For us this visit was very emotional as we knew our dear friend Eva would not be there anymore. We would like to thank you and Nitsa so very much for welcoming us in such a fantastic way. That coffee and cake break was just like Eva used to welcome us and we are so grateful for your information about all that happened during the last year.
That meant so much for us. Also, the visit to the cemetary was really touching as it gave us a chance to pay our respects. Eva and all the family and staff are forever in our hearts.
We hope we will be able to visit Cyprus again 2024! You never know at our age!

Hi Chris.
We stayed early in the year, even so the weather managed to be nice for us, although not warm enough for me to go in the pool.
We’ve returned many times, as we know it’s comfortable and easy for Bryan to use the wheelchair, both in the complex and around Polis.
The wet-room is large, and makes showering etc easy, especially as there’s plenty of room for me to help as necessary.
The welcome is so warm and friendly it’s like coming home.
All the areas are clean and attractive, and rooms are provided with fridge, microwave,hob and kettle, so all the requirements are there and the garden is very pretty, so to just sit outside with a drink is relaxing.
The range of equipment available to hire is very helpful, and the availibility of the wheelchair accessible taxi service is a great asset, for airport transfers and for excursions for anyone needing transport.
We are very happy to have such a great place to holiday for a wheelchair user, which has the extra facilities incorporated but still looking like a nice,relaxing holiday destination.

Wij waren erg verrast door het fijne verblijf bij jou en je familie Chris.
Het begon al bij het ophalen van het vliegveld, alles keurig netjes geregeld. De aangepaste bus stond klaar toen wij aankwamen en wij werden vriendelijk begroet.
Daarna het warme onthaal bij de appartementen en de ruime kamer die uitermate geschikt is voor mensen in een rolstoel. Ook de douch is prima aangepast.
Het gemak om een scootmobiel te huren is erg fijn want het heuvelachtige gebied is soms te stijl voor een handbewogen rolstoel.
In de ochtend gezellig buiten ontbijten en fijne gesprekken voeren.
De interesse die jullie tonen in je gasten is erg fijn.
