I’m a full time wheelchair user but I took a scooter on holiday to Cyprus. We stayed at C&A Apartments. The rooms are massive with enough room to get around on my scooter. The adapted bathroom is well equipped.
The pool has a hoist which was great, although the water was cold.
The family who run the Apartments make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble.
The breakfast is lovely.
We had a great holiday and I never felt a burden to my family. Polis is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars for a week’s holiday.

The C&A hotel apartments is a really nice place to stay at Cyprus. The rooms are big, fitted with kitchinette, air con, big bathrooms, all accessible for disabled. There is a swimming pool in the garden, also accessible with a hoist if you want to swim in the summer heat. You can hire a scooter here if you need. The owners Chrissos and Andreas will advise you what and where to visit nice places around. The food at the hotel is excellent, special BBQ and authentic cypriot food. They also have accessible minibuses for airport transfers, will pick you up and drop you of on time.
It is near the sea, really nice to walk around and enjoy the food in excellent restaurants, or hire a boat to go to the Blue Lagoon

Hi all …… comments ……..we had a fabulous 3 weeks at C&A apartments. Welcomed immediately by the family. Lovely people, nothing too much trouble. It was a pleasure to be in their company. The studio was adequate for me and Bob with a lovely patio area surrounded by lemon trees. With easy access to the pool. We have booked for 4 weeks next year and can’t wait. For anyone who is thinking of booking then you will not be disappointed.
The meeting and greeting at the airport was so impressive. Andrew and Dimitris did all the “carrying” and same on our return. First class friendly service.

We stayed at C and A Hotel Apartments for eight days.
We were picked up from the airport in an accessible taxi (I use a wheelchair).
We were welcomed when we arrived and met Chris and his lovely family.
We had a studio room which was perfect for our needs. The bathroom is large and has walk-in shower/wet room.
The highlight of my holiday was being able to use the swimming pool twice a day. There is a permanent hoist, so you don’t need to have to ask anyone for help each time you want to swim.
The town is very close, and we went up for lunch every day and had some lovely meals.
We did have a meal at the accommodation on one evening and enjoyed that very much.
We would recommend C and A Hotel Apartments and will definitely consider returning at some point.

The May 2022 holiday had been so nice that Mieke decided to go a second time to Cyprus. September 2022, we went back to C&A Apartments and this time we rented a car, which was quite an adventure to me, not being used driving left.
Having a car gave us the possibility to discover Cyprus and the area further, which we can recommend if you feel confident enough. Otherwise, excursions organized by Andreas can help you to discover the area as well.
The combination of one day excursion and one day lazy at the pool was ideal… but again, a week of holiday was too short. Too short also after we got to know other guests with whom we enjoyed some nice Cypriotic late summer evenings. We went back home with great memories of sunny days, beautiful surroundings and memorable gatherings around the big table, all enjoying the lovely Cypriotic meals, prepared by Eva.
Also, the evenings that Eva didn’t cook, we enjoyed each other’s company and discovered the local restaurants in Polis, together with Chris.
C&A Apartments is more than just a holiday complex…. It is a unique experience… an energizer. .. and the Neophytou family is the glue between this all….
Once you have discovered this, it’ll become clear to you why so many of us want to return…!

Voor Mieke was de vakantie in mei 2022 zo goed meegevallen, dat ze besloot om eind september 2022 opnieuw naar Cyprus te reizen.
Ditmaal, met de ervaring van de vorige keer en de boost aan zelfvertrouwen die we in mei hadden gekregen, kozen we ervoor om een wagen te huren en zelf de regio verder te verkennen.
Een heel avontuur voor mezelf wel, want links rijden in Cyprus was ik niet gewoon.
De combinatie van een dagje op uitstap een dagje rust aan het zwembad was ideaal.
De week was weer te kort, evenals de tijd die we doorbrachten met de nieuwe vakantievrienden.
We hebben weer mooie herinneringen aan memorabele avonden, samen aan tafel en genietend van het lekkere eten dat door Eva gemaakt wordt.
Ook de avonden dat er niet ten huize Neophytou wordt gekookt, zochten we elkaars gezelschap en gingen we samen met Chris uit eten en ontdekten we ook zo de plaatselijke restaurants in Polis.
C&A Apartments is meer dan een vakantieverblijf… het is een unieke beleving en ervaring… een energizer … en de familie Neophytou is de lijm in dit alles ….
Niet verwonderlijk dat zovele vakantiegasten graag terugkeren…

Dear Chris and the Family,
Many thanks for another lovely holiday at your home, or should I say, “our home”, since it really feels like coming home every time. I lost count of how many times I have visited C&A by now, and I guess that says it all. Starting with arranging the booking with you online, your comfortable and reliable airport transfers (thanks to Andrew, Charoulla and Dimitri), perfect accommodation with all necessary adaptations, home-cooking by Eva and Kumar (thanks for another few kilos on my belly!), flexibility of all of you, rental of scooters, lovely pool with the hoist and lots and lots fun to do around C&A. The combination of so many things that you can do in and around C&A makes the holiday so unique. We went scuba diving with Latchi watersports center (thanks to Jay-D and Matt for all their help with disabled!), boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, taxi excursions to the beautiful Troodos mountains and the monastery there, as well as Paphos city (meet Coco, the local pelican, and visit the archeological site), off-road buggy trips (thanks to guys at STS Motofun for all their help with disabled), etc. etc.
And let’s not forget the unique SeaTrac which can easily transfer you in and out of the beautiful Cyprus sea. This year, the local municipality even placed another SeaTrac just a bit beyond the Latchi harbor!

Hello all,
In June of this year we were guests of C&A Apartments in Polis with a group of people with a physical disability. The transfer from the airport to the accommodation was carried out with adapted transport for wheelchairs. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts for quests, such as adapted beds, hoist and whatever is needed. There is also a swimming pool. The possibility to rent a scooter, for example to increase mobility, is present.
Excursions are also carried out with adapted transport, so everybody can participate in a excursion in a comfortable way. It is a family hotel and the family does everything they can to give everyone a good time and they succeed very well. And last but not least….the food is great.

As Cyprus residents, we have stayed at C&A Apartments in Polis on several occasions over the past 3 years. We love coming back, as it is always a pleasure to stay there – the rooms are spacious, clean and cool.
The location itself is excellent for reaching the centre of Polis, where we like to go out to eat and drink in the evenings, plus the swimming pool area and sun beds are great for relaxing in the sun in peace, away from the hustle and bustle!
What marks this hotel out is the people that run it, Chris and family are so welcoming, they are genuine people who care for their guests and are on hand to give you a fresh lemonade and have a chat with you. We look forward to our next stay!

C&A was the best place we found for a holiday, which is totally perfect for a wheelchair person. They have everything you need: rooms, pool, reastaurant- you will not have any problems to reach it. We have just returned from a fabulous 12 days with Chris and family at C&A Hotel Apartments. As soon as you arrive, you feel like one of the family & it’s always sad to leave

Everything is perfect, with all disabilities and guests young and old, fully catered for. It’s so nice to land at Paphos and see a smiling face ready to greet you and take care of all your luggage, whilst you’re settling into the adapted taxi. You feel both safe and relieved after a long and tiring journey. Once you arrive, to your always enthusiastic welcome, whatever the time of night, you instantly feel at home

This time, we hired a mobile hoist, 2 bed handles, a raised toilet seat and a mobility scooter, all of which were ready for our use immediately and reasonably priced too. Nothing is ever too much trouble, whatever it is you might need, to make your holiday run smoothly

Our accommodation was spotless and the most suitable we’ve come across yet, on our travels around the globe. This is so important when you have a disability and this is something C&A truly understand. It’s the closest you can get to being at home

As always, the food was great, prepared with love and tradition and any special requests, e.g. “that was lovely will you cook it for us again?” were met with “of course” and they did

We’re already planning next year’s trip to C&A – this year we took new friends and next year we’re taking even more

Making Happy Memories
This is our second holiday for my wife & I at C&A Apartments. We were met at Paphos International Airport by one of the accessible taxi minibus’ which took us to C&A Appartments in Polis. We received a big, friendly welcome when we checked in to the apartments by Chris and his family. We had an apartment with a patio which overlooked the fully assessible swimming pool, which has an electric hoist to get the less able in & out the pool. Also there are a number of sunbeds around the pool, with different height cushions on for easy transfer from wheelchairs. All the apartments have cooking facilities & a fridge, kettle, etc. so we went self catering but you can book half board which includes every day breakfast and alternate evening meals. As for C&A Apartments, if you have any problems, you only have to mention it and they’ll do their best to get it sorted. All apartments have wetrooms, with showers & seats, if you require a toliet seat rasier, they’ll provide these free of charge. All toilets have grab rails fitted. You can hire any other equipment if you require it. This includes mobility scooters so you can get out and about. Most (if not all) café and resturants are wheelchair accessible and the staff are very welcoming and willing to help in any way. You only have to ask and they’ll do what they can

Polis is small but packed with eateries, bars and a few shops. It is fairly quiet. There’s a beach about 20 minutes walk from C&A Apartments, with a bar & café there. If you continue further along the fully wheelchair accessible path, you can walk/wheel into Latchi, taking you along the sea front with cafes on the way. There is also the sea-track seat which is a railed seat that you can use, if you want to go into the sea, I also noticed there is a balloon tyred wheelchair to wheel you down the sand, into the sea at one of the many lifeguard stations.

Once in Latchi, you can walk round the harbour, looking at the boats. Again, there are a lot of places to eat. Also you can book boat rides which are wheelchair accessible, probably not so good for a scooter user but I managed to get my Puma 40 electric wheelchair on & off the glass bottomed boat without too much trouble. We also went parasailing, which was fun. I left my wheelchair on shore and a couple of the guys working there, helped me on and off. C&A apartments has a very relaxed attitude, you can do as little or as much as you want. If you see somewhere that you want to go, give them a day or so notice and they can book one of the accessible taxis if you require this. If you have never been to Cyprus before and are looking for a relaxing, fun holiday, I can highly recommend C&A Apartments.

Back from a fantastic 2 week holiday at C and A apartments. The hospitality is something else here. You can hire Mobility scooters on-site. There is no loud music or entertainment at the apartments, but the restaurants are only a 5 minutes walk away. Apartments have air con and are fitted with three pin plugs. The swimming pool is of an ample size and the hoist can take up to 170kg. There is also steps into the pool wit a single rail to hold on too. Breakfast is provided with a choice of cooked (sausage, bacon and eggs). Also toast and jams, also a continental style (hams, cheeses etc). The beach is a good 20 minute walk. There are restaurants and a bar serving basic but very nice fare. Just about to book for next year. This is a family run business which puts that extra special touch to your holiday.

From May 8 to May 15, 2022, Mieke and I enjoyed a lovely week of sun, friendship and fun at C&A Apartments in Polis, Cyprus. As soon as we arrived at Paphos airport, we felt the hospitality and family spirit of our hosts. During the ride from Paphos airport in the adapted taxi from C&A Apartments, we already got some first touristic info from the cousin Andreas. Arriving in Polis, we were immediately welcomed by the whole family, always there to assist and guide us to discover the area and enjoy our holiday to the fullest. Rooms are clean, meals prepared by the mater families are delicious and all accommodation is adapted and accessible for Wheel chairs. And if someone would need extra supporting materials, it is there to rent. But most of all, we were so lucky and happy to be treated like friends and feel the coziness of a Cypriot family with a great heart and mission in life.

We would recommend that you hire a scooter during your stay as it enabled us to drive down to the coast to the harbour where there were some lovely restaurants along the front. The taxi pick up and drop off for the airport was very good and adapted for any disability.

This is one hotel we would definitely wish to visit again as soon as possible.

Arrived in Polis Cyprus early hours 14th October to be met by Andrew with the hotels adapted taxi. Met at hotel by Eva and received a warm welcome. My rooms were spacious, Lounge, Bedroom and shower were well appointed with plenty of space. Breakfast had an array of fruit, yoghurt and freshly baked breads. The Hotels range of hire vehicles for the disabled was astounding, plenty of choice for everyone. We first became aware of C&A when I needed a mobility scooter. Following an email one evening requesting details of what was available I received a call from you later that night and the scooter was delivered to me in Limassol at 8am the next morning. Wonderful service.

Pola and I have been coming to Latchi and Polis for many many years but my circumstances have changed and I now need accommodation with accessible facilities. Having seen C&A’s facilities I decided we should come and stay with you and I am really pleased that we did.

Everything was perfect, from being collected at the airport and taken in your very comfortable wheelchair accessible taxi, to our accommodation and meals and also being taken back to Limassol. Our room, with a balcony, was perfect for someone in a wheelchair, as is the entire hotel. The wide doors make access so easy and the wetroom has more than ample room to move around in a wheelchair. The equipment you have available to hire means you do not have to bring any equipment with you. The accessible swimming pool looked wonderful even though I did not try it. Perhaps next time.

The centre of Polis is just five minutes away with many places to eat and the sea 20 minutes away by foot or wheelchair, which we did every day.

The most important thing is that staying at C&A is like staying with family, we were sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

We were met at the airport by Andrew and transported back to the apartments in their wheelchair accessible minibus, with plenty of space for my powered wheelchair and all of our suitcases 🙂

We were greeted at the apartments by the family, and given a very warm welcome.

Optional breakfasts were really good, on the beautiful terrace with plenty of choice.

Plenty of reasonably priced, lovely restaurants in the local area, all within walking distance of the apartments.

Dear Christos and family,

Thank you very much for your hospitality and a pleasant stay in your accommodation. As a regular guest (for 11 years), I am happy to return to visit you. We know without worries that there will always be someone to meet us at the airport with an adapted taxi and that everything is accessible and adapted. We are also happy to rent aids, be it an electric scooter or an extra bed with electrically adjustable position.

We did not have any problems this year regarding COVID-19, we only had to fill in additional forms in advance. Everything in the area was relaxed, from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Of course, for now, masks are still required to be worn there, but when they sit down at their table, they can be taken off their faces.

We were regularly on the beach where there is an adapted place for wheelchairs and, most importantly, the entrance to the sea with a special device and the assistance of the rescue service on the beach.

We liked the trip with an adapted taxi to Paphos where we had the opportunity to see the beauties of that city and the archeological museum.

I hope that I will be in the circumstances and opportunities to visit you again and continue this tradition of vacationing in Cyprus.

Dragi Christos i familijo,

Mnogo vam hvala na gostoprimstvu i ugodnom boravku u vasoj akomodaciji. Kao stalni gost (vec 11 godina) rado se vracam vama u posetu. Bez brige znamo da ce nas uvek netko docekati na aerodromu sa adaptiranim taksijem i da je sve pristupacno i prilagodjeno. Takodjer smo zadovoljni sa iznajmljivanjem pomocnih sredstava, bilo to elektricni skuter ili pomocni lezaj sa elektricnim podesavanjem pozicije.

Nismo imali nikakvih problema ove godine u vezi COVID-19, jedino je trebalo unapred ispuniti dodatne formulare. U okolini je sve bilo opusteno, od plaze, restorana i supermarketa. Naravano, za sada se jos trazi da se tu nose maske, ali kada se sedne za svoj stol, mogu da se skinu sa lica.

Redovno smo bili na plazi gde ima adaptirano mesto za kolica i, sto je najbitnije, ulaz u more sa specijalnim uredjajem i asistencijom spasilacke sluzbe na plazi.

Dopao nam se izlet sa adaptiranim taksijem u Paphos gde smo imali prilike videti lepote toga grada i arheoloskog muzeja.

Nadam se da cu biti u okolnostima i mogucnosti da vas jos koji put posetim i nastavim ovu tradiciju letovanja na Kipru.

Neka ste mi zivi i zdravi!

Hi Chris,

We have just spent 10 days at C&A Apartments in Polis, Cyprus and had a wonderful time. Having booked last minute we were pleasantly surprised with how smoothly our holiday went. Having been once before five years previously we knew Chris and his family would be welcoming and we were not disappointed. Going out in Cyprus itself felt safe (from Covid) as everyone from the UK had to have a negative test before entering the country and then facemasks were worn in supermarkets and other indoor venues. We had breakfast every day at the apartment and had 2 evening meals and a BBQ there, prepared by our hosts. Dining at the apartments was delicious as always and tables were distributed further apart to aid social distancing.

If you’ve never been to Polis, it is a lovely town with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops. But it is smaller and less touristy than Paphos, which we prefer. Everything was open as usual, despite the pandemic and still had a good atmosphere; as expected, safety precautions were adhered to, so we felt safe. We enjoyed our beach trips to Latchi and also took an accessible boat trip to the Blue Lagoon, which was beautiful.

Due to the pandemic, only a few of the apartments were taken which meant we had the swimming pool and facilities mostly to ourselves. Our 3-bed apartment was spacious and well-equipped and was thoroughly cleaned alternate days, which was more than what was required. All of the communal areas where immaculate and cleaned to a great standard.

We were collected from the airport in an accessible vehicle and all of our mobility equipment (hoist, reclining bed, shower chair) were waiting for us, all organised by Chris, making everything super-convenient.

Thank you again to Chris and family for a super holiday. We hope we can come back and visit soon!

Thank you all for making our holiday so relaxing, it was just what we were both looking forward to. Since our previous stay my mobility has decreased; I am now dependent on a wheelchair and need the help of a carer. We struggled to find an affordable holiday option in the UK and then decided to look for some late season sunshine abroad, taking a carer with us, which would be at considerable expense. When we saw that your other company is able to provide carer services as well as all the equipment needed, that was the deciding factor. It meant that we could afford the holiday that we wanted, providing a much needed relaxing break for Peter. When we arrived, the equipment I had requested was ready in my room, from hospital bed, electric wheelchair down to a sliding board. The carer, a British nurse now living in Cyprus, arrived at the agreed time each day and my care couldn’t have been better, the same as my care in England. I can recommend that service. We enjoyed our chats with you and the other guests over a drink in the evening; even the layout of the tables encouraged us to get to know each other – not a conventional hotel, but so much more relaxing. Chris, you are providing an unusual service. From the time we arrived at the airport, to the time that we left, we were wrapped in the care of your family and staff, who understand how to provide for people with mobility problems and those who care for them. Nothing was too much trouble.

Dear Chris,

We had a brilliant couple of weeks in September/October. Instead of listing all the wonderful times we had and things we enjoyed so much about our stay with you I thought that this time I would pass on some wisdom from Kuma.

Eleni has a manual titanium wheelchair with pneumatic tyres and even air-filled (Danish) casters at the front of the chair. These give the smoothest possible ride, without the jolting from solid tyres and hard casters, and are kind on the spine. The downside is the possibility of punctures when away from home. As well as the wheelchair Eleni now uses a Freewheel attachment, which has a single tyre, with an inner tube. That means three different sizes of tyres and inner tubes. We always travel with spare inner tubes and hope not to need them.

Riding along the traffic free path, along the sea front, in the first week, the Freewheel suddenly went flat and we found that a thorn had gone through the tyre and punctured the inner tube. On arriving back at C & A I looked for Kuma, who is a genius at fixing punctures. He took the wheel, Eleni’s allen keys and her spare inner tube and was back in no time with a fully inflated and functioning wheel. He even put a repair patch on the punctured inner tube, to create another spare. He said he was so happy that I carried spare tubes on holiday because he often finds people come without them, never considering that the specific size they need might not be available in Polis. He said people can really spoil their holiday if they rely on their own chair or other mobility aid and they have a puncture that cannot be fixed. Kuma wants everyone to have a great time and is really upset if he cannot carry out a repair to get people, who bring their own chair, mobile again. So, I am passing on his wisdom. “Always Pack spare inner tubes.”

We are just back last week from another wonderful holiday at the C & A Apartments. We stayed for 14 days & we enjoyed it from start to finish. We met some friends from last year & met some new people this year as well. Their is nothing you could fault everything is there for the disabled & nothing is too much of a bother for Chris & his lovely family. The airport transfers are excellent as well it makes the holiday less stressful when you know Andrew or some of the other guys are waiting on you coming off the flight & they also take you back to the airport. My husband & i also hired 2 electric wheelchairs which made our holiday more enjoyable as we could get out & about to do more whereas if that option to hire wheelchairs or scooters wasn’t available we definitely wouldn’t have enjoyed our holiday the same. Their is lots of other equipment you can hire as well, we also hired a bed rail which again without i would have struggled to get out of bed. Chris & his family treat all the guests as if they are part of the family which makes it extra special. We really enjoyed the pool, having the hoist & the help of Predeep & Kumar made a big difference in getting in the pool. Also if you need help with anything else Predeep & Kumar are always willing to help you. Chris & his family really can’t do enough to help you in any way at all. We will definitely be back another holiday.

Zoals ieder jaar dat we bij C&A te gast zijn, zijn we ook deze keer weer perfect ontvangen. En dat begint dan al met het ophalen van het vliegveld met de aangepaste rolstoeltaxi. C&A is en blijft een bijzonder hotel. En dan bedoelen we nog niet eens dat het hotel en alles wat erbij hoort rolstoeltoegankelijk is, net als het stadje Polis en zelfs het stadje Latchi ernaast en de route daar naartoe. Of dat het huren van een (elektrische) rolstoel, scootmobiel of medische hulpmiddelen allemaal heel gemakkelijk gaat. Of dat je heel laagdrempelig een goed toegankelijke excursie kan boeken. Of dat je heerlijk mee kunt eten met de huisgemaakte pot. Maar we hebben het over de gastvrijheid van de familie en het leuke contact met de medegasten. Al vele vriendschappen hebben we daar gesloten. Als we naar C&A gaan, voelt het altijd als een fijn familiebezoek. We komen zeker nog vaak terug.

Already at the airport we have been expected by a nice driver. It turned out, that he also was a member of this nice family. We expected a hotel like many others, but we almost became a member of the family. We found a huge apartment with more rooms, than we needed. Chris’s sister and his mother spoiled us with excellent meals. Often we have been at the beach, where there is also a sea-track for wheel-chair people, which takes them into the water. We also liked the clean pool with a pool lift. One day my disabled wife and we tried parasailing, taking us high in the air. At home, they thought we were crazy, to do this with somebody who is sitting in a wheel chair. But it was a full success. Chris’s father Andreas looked after us many days by taking us around to many interesting places, showing us many plants and fruits we did not know. Therefore we highly recommend this family-hotel especially for disabled people.

Their wheelchair adapted taxi and airport transfers are most helpful and convenient as well as their equipment rentals that are available. “We recently returned from a holiday in Cyprus. We were at what I called a ‘wheeled paradise’. This place was created by a wonderful man, now a friend Chris. In many parts of Lithuania, the ramp to enter is called ‘accessibility’, but it certainly isn’t … Chris has it all what really is accessibility and whatever you could need! Wheelchair accessible swimming ool with a lift, accessible excursion routes, electric profile functional beds, scooters, mobility hoists, special seat track to the sea, even disabled adapted parasailing! Well, I don’t name much else … People fly here from all over the world because it’s really cool. I met English, Dutch, Canadian, Hungarian, Swedish people and many of them have visited this place many times. I’ll be back here too. Many of Chris’s family members work in this business, so you start feeling very comfortable and as a family member very quickly. And Chris’s mom’s food is just divine, you just have to taste it to really understand it. This new friend of mine said that there is a proverb in Cyprus: Cypriots live for good food. These words say a lot. So wheeled and not only – if you are planning to go on holiday but you don’t know where to go, I definitely recommend this place.

Last night, we unexpectedly dropped into a birthday party. Of course the party was just unexpected for us, one of the owners was celebrated. It’s a small, family-run hotel. There was a couple, had a son with a muscle distrophy (and then 2 healthy daughters) and made lemonade from the lemon they received. Really, it’s on the table in front of me, where I type. Because for the lime a table is needed, for the table a restaurant, and for the restaurant a hotel. It makes perfect sense, doesn’t it? ☺ So, birthday. We knew they were retired, and we thought they would be around 65. Well, the mom is 78 years old, and the dad is 80 years old. So much for the hat down category. Both spin all day, they work. And I think not because their pensions are so low, they do it by heart. Heart, soul. Okay, okay, I know I’m starting to go into syrup, but there’s sugar in a lemonade, isn’t it? In absolutely good sense, but I envy them. I don’t know if I will be 78, I don’t know if I want to be that much at all. But if so, one thing is certain. I want something like the birthday yesterday. With a meaningful life behind me because I have created something, and with people around me, who are singing happy birthday happily 😍

From start to finish our holiday with you was amazing!
An easy transfer in your adapted minibus made it so easy to transport Paul in his wheelchair and the air conditioning was so welcome!
The family greeted us on arrival and made us feel so very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
The spacious rooms and equipment we hired made life so easy and for once, I could relax and enjoy our holiday.
The sling hoist enabled my son to access the pool with ease and the disabled pool shower was excellent.
Having people like yourself Andreas to organise trips with the adapted transport, made sightseeing easy and enjoyable.
The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Eva’s cooking was amazing and I’m sure many others go home carrying ‘excess baggage’ like ourselves! Having my son’s food blended by the kitchen staff made dining much easier and less stressful for us.
I can’t thank you all enough for rescuing us in the early hours when our flight had been cancelled and the airline decided late at night to call and ask you to accommodate us overnight. Fetched out of bed, a long drive back to the airport and another long drive back to our rooms was going beyond your responsibilities, but it was done without hesitation and we were so very grateful.
You have thought of everything and should all be very proud of what you have achieved. Thank goodness for people like you!
We can’t wait for a return visit and look forward to seeing our Cypriot ‘family’ again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful holiday!

From the minute we were met at Paphos airport by C&A taxi (www.ca-taxi.com) our holiday was perfect in every way. We were taken to C & A Hotel apartments where we were met by the lovely Eva (Chris’ mum). Our apartment was really clean, thoughtfully laid out and well equipped with wide doors, a big wet room, and plenty of bars to assist my daughter.

My daughter was able to access the pool with the help of the hoist, she had not been in a pool for more than 10 years due to her disability.

We hired a power wheelchair from Chris to enable us to get out and about without any hassle

As well as breakfast we had several evening meals at C&A Hotel apartments. The food was excellent, all home made, with plenty of choice for even the fussiest of eaters.

All the time we were there we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble

This has been the most enjoyable holiday we have had for many years made extra special by the wonderful family who work hard to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.

The only disappointment was that the week went too fast. Next year we will definitely be returning here but for a longer period

People ask us why, l;living in Cyprus we travel to Polis, well, it is our favorite place to go and relax. We know the wheelchair access at the apartments is so easy, and a lot of the surrounding area is very accommodating for wheelchair users, too. The wet rooms in each apartment are especially good. But the main thing is the warm,friendly atmosphere. The breakfast & dinners are so good, and Eva usually has cake around, too! On our last visit I had put my car in for service, so arranged transport. The C&A minibus/taxi service is so useful, Andrew is very helpful and the transport and driver are safe and comfortable. (It made a change for me to be able to relax l& watch the scenery, rather than driving as I usually do) So thats why you’ll see us on the “friends” page so often!

We had a great time from start to finish. We were collected at the airport in an adapted taxi which enabled Julie to get in and out without getting out of her wheelchair. Andrew, who collected us was was really helpful throughout. We arrived late in the evening and could not have been made more welcome. All the equipment we’d rented was waiting for us – electric wheelchair, standing turner, etc. The apartments were well laid out with plenty of space for a wheelchair, the food was delicious and the family were all so helpful and friendly. They didn’t even laugh at Tim’s attempts at Greek – well, not out loud. Because all the other guests included someone with disabilities we felt part of something where we were all just people on holiday and not, like on other holidays, the disabled person. I can fully understand why people come again and again and we will certainly be returning.”

Vanaf eind augustus waren mijn echtgenote, mijn schoonmoeder en ik weer twee weken te gast in C&A Hotel en appartements in Polis Cyprus. Mijn schoonmoeder is 96 jaar oud en maakt gebruik van een rolstoel. Zij heeft een aangepaste hotelkamer en professionele hulp nodig bij het douchen en aankleden. Alle aanpassingen, zoals een toiletstoel en een toiletzitting verhoging werden door het hotel geleverd en er werd zelfs voor een Nederlandstalige hulp gezorgd. Ook konden we er een scootmobiel huren en gebruik maken van het voor gehandicapten aangepaste zwembad. C&A verzorgde met een speciale taxi het vervoer van en naar de luchthaven. Alle personeelsleden spreken uitstekend Engels. De hartelijke ontvangst in het hotel gaf ons het gevoel weer thuis te komen en de gezellige maaltijden waren als vanouds weer heerlijk. Als het voor mijn schoonmoeder mogelijk is gaan we volgend jaar weer.

From the end of August my wife, my mother-in-law and I were two more weeks guests at C & A Hotel and apartments in Polis Cyprus.
My mother-in-law is 96 years old and uses a wheelchair. She needs an adapted hotel room and professional help with showering and dressing. All adjustments, such as a toilet chair and a toilet seat elevation, were provided by the hotel and even a Dutch-speaking help was provided. We were also able to rent a scooter and use the adapted swimming pool. C & A took care of transport to and from the airport with a special taxi. All staff speak excellent English. The warm welcome at the hotel made us feel at home again and the cozy meals were as delicious as ever again. If it is possible for my mother-in-law, we will go again next year.

Well another wonderful holiday at C & A apartments yet again. From being picked up in the special adapted taxi to the welcome by Eva with her homemade lemonade. We had a great Holiday staying with you and your family at C&A Apartments. It started badly with a 5 hour flight delay so instead of arriving at 8.30pm on Tuesday evening, we arrived at Paphos Airport at 1.30am Wednesday morning. Things started to improve as soon as we arrived with the helpful efficient Airport Assistance staff making our transition through the airport simple fast and pleasant. Our concerns about the delay affecting our pre-booked adapted taxi transfer provided by C&A Apartments were banished as we entered the arrivals hall with a bright smile and a warm welcome from Andrew who promptly got us to Polis and settled in our room. Our initial impression was of space, a generously sized room with a well equipped adapted bathroom. In addition to the general spaciousness of our one bed apartment it was great that there was all the furniture we needed but no additional furniture cluttering the floor space. The room is great for a wheelchair dependant guest. When we went down for breakfast after a relatively short sleep later that morning, we had a wonderfully warm welcome from you and your family, which was really nice as we were very tired after our delayed flight and late night. Our thanks to all your family and the staff who were friendly and made us very welcome throughout our stay. We walked almost every day down to the beach and on to Latchi Marina, it felt a long way the first day but subsequently it was just a really nice walk, through the beautiful Cypriot countryside, to the lovely pebbly beach and the beach path. I know your dad could have sorted adapted transport to save us the walk but I really enjoyed the walk and Jane enjoyed the views as she drove her power chair. Your dad arranged a nice afternoon out to Paphos with Andrew driving us again, in the adapted transport, with a couple of new friends we met at the Hotel, again everything went to plan for both the wheelchair and able bodied passengers. Many thanks for a great holiday and we hope to see you and your family again soon.

After a lengthy and tiring journey to Paphos Airport, we were taken to the C&A Apartments via the pre-booked taxi service (thank you Andreas) and we were welcomed as normal by the C&A Apartments family Andreas, Eva, Chris, Charoula , Nitsa and all the staff. The top floor luxury apartment we had booked was their ready and available to use, including the bath chair, wheelchair etc. It was readily used the next morning by Fanos. “We were really pleased to be back again at C & A. The welcome from Lee was friendly and she was obviously ready & waiting for us. Our room was, as always perfectly clean and very comfortable, with plenty of room for wheelchair turning, the wetroom is excellent, making life so much easier. The facilities are so well maintained and cared for, it is obviously family run, but more to the point, run by a family who understand & really care. The availability of the wheelchair adapted taxi/minibus service is a great option for anyone who needs it. The pool area is so attractive, and made a perfect setting for barbeque night, when Andreas gets a chance to show off his cooking skills to prove Eva & Nitsa aren’t the only ones who can cook(!) Danke! für die erholsame Woche, die wir wieder in mitten Eurer Familie und Ihren Gästen verbringen durften. Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich, wie ausgezeichnet der Service funktioniert, mit welchem alle Gäste umsorgt und verwöhnt werden. Der Urlaub beginnt schon an Flugplatz, weil der Transfer mit einem rollstuhlgerechten Auto für Rollstuhlfahrer und alle anderen Gäste organisiert ist, wenn er vorab gebucht wurde. In den “C. & A. Appartement” wird man dann wie ein Familienmitglied herzlich willkommen geheißen und in die gebuchte Wohnung geleitet. Sie ist so ausgestattet, dass man gut darin zurecht kommt. Die Einrichtung der Küchenzeile erlaubt das Anrichten kleiner Imbisse. Die im Preis enthaltenen Mahlzeiten sind sehr schmackhaft, reichlich und immer frisch zubereitet! Es können außerdem einige Hilfsmittel wie zum Beispiel Transferlifte oder Strandrollstühle vor Ort gemietet werden, was einen Aufenthalt noch bequemer und angenehmer machen kann. Bei einer ersten Erkundung der Umgebung stellt man fest, dass es im Garten einen Pool mit Lift und Sonnenliegen in Rollstuhlhöhe gibt. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Zum Strand und zum Hafen kann man sich gegen eine geringe Gebühr fahren lassen, um das quirlige Urlaubsleben zu genießen. Man kann aber auch zu einer Glasbodenfahrt, die an der Küste entlang führt, aufbrechen. Spannende Ausflüge, bei denen man Land und Leute, so wie Teile der altem Geschichte Zyperns kennenlernen kann, sind gegen eine angemessene Bezahlung möglich. Diese Touren sind sehr zu empfehlen, da sie ganz individuell gestaltet werden können. Ich habe hier vorwiegend die Belange von Rollstuhlfahrern erwähnt, aber alle anderen Gäste sind selbstverständlich auch gut aufgehoben und können sich stressfrei erholen. Ein Tip wäre noch zu erwähnen: Es ist wesentlich besser das Appartement direkt zu buchen, weil alle Behindertenreiseveranstalter in Deutschland unangemessene Preise für die Vermittlung der Reise verlangen.

Thank you! for the relaxing week, which we were able to spend again in the midst of your family and your guests.
It is always amazing how excellent the service works, with which all guests are cared for and pampered.
The holiday starts at the airport, because the transfer is organized with a wheelchair accessible car for wheelchair users and all other guests, if it was booked in advance.
In the “C. & A. Apartment” you will be welcomed like a family member and led into the booked apartment. It is equipped to handle it well. The equipment of the kitchenette allows the serving of small snacks.
The meals included in the price are very tasty, plentiful and always freshly prepared!
It is also possible to rent some equipment such as transfer lifts or beach wheelchairs on site, which can make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
During a first exploration of the area, you will find that there is a pool with lift and sun loungers in wheelchair height in the garden. The environment of the house is well suited for wheelchair users.
To the beach and the harbor you can drive for a small fee to enjoy the lively holiday life. But you can also go on a glass bottom ride along the coast.
Exciting trips, where you can get to know the country and its people, as well as parts of the ancient history of Cyprus, are possible for a reasonable fee. These tours are highly recommended as they can be individually designed.
I have mainly mentioned the needs of wheelchair users, but all other guests are of course also in good hands and can relax stress-free.

Frühling auf Zypern
Eine Woche raus aus dem grauen Alltag. Die Insel erwartete uns mit strahlendem Sonnenschein. Wir erlebten eine herrliche Woche auf der absolut grünen und im Frühling farbenprächtigen Insel. Unvergessen wird der Ausflug mit Andreas ins Troodos-Gebirge bleiben. Andreas zeigte und erklärte uns die Natur, wie z.B. den wilden Oregano und zeigte uns sein Heimatdorf und das alles mit einer fühlbaren Liebe zu seiner Heimat. Leider war die Woche viel zu kurz. Der Flughafentransfer mit dem behindertengerechten Taxi hat wie immer geklappt. Wir freuen uns auf Oktober.

Spring on Cyprus
One week away from the grey weather at home. The island greeted us with beautiful weather including a lot of sun. Weh ad an awesome week on the very colourful island. Unforgotten will be the trip with Andreas into the Troodos mountains. He not only showed but also explained us the nature, like the wild oregano and his home villiage. On that trip you could really feel his love to his home. Unfortunatley time went by to fast. The transport from the airport with the adapted taxi was great as always.

Van 18 tot 25 april 2018 hadden wij een ontzettend prettig verblijf bij C&A Apartments. Met vier personen hadden wij een ruim twee-kamer appartement met alle benodigde aanpassingen. De gezamenlijke maaltijden verliepen in een prettige, familiaire sfeer. Het was genieten van de kookkunst van Eva met een lekker wijntje en fijne gesprekken met andere gasten uit verschillende landen. De transfer in een aangepaste minibus van en naar het vliegveld was prima geregeld. We hebben ook een paar excursies gedaan waaronder het Kykkos klooster; alles met de aangepaste minibus en Andreas als gids. De gehuurde scootmobiel stond opgeladen klaar bij aankomst. Ideaal om vanaf C&A Apartments naar Polis Beach te rijden, waar de Beach Walkway begint. Met een handbewogen rolstoel is dat te inspannend. We vonden en vinden het nog steeds jammer, dat er geen W.A. verzekering is af te sluiten op de scootmobiel. In het rustige Polis en op de Beach Walkway hebben wij toch besloten de scootmobiel te gebruiken, omdat het heerlijk is om langs de zee helemaal naar het vissersdorpje Latchi te lopen (rijden). We durfden het risico echter niet te nemen om de scootmobiel mee te nemen naar het drukkere Paphos. Maar….al bij al een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie bij een warme familie.

We rarely return to a holiday destination but C &A Apartments is the exception.The welcome from the family is irresistible and you are immediately enveloped in their kindness.We arranged to be collected at the airport and the minibus, with a wide ramp at the back, was perfect for me in my electric wheelchair. Whilst we were there we booked a trip to Latchi to go on a boat and used a different minibus that had a hoist and space for two wheelchairs. During our ten day stay we had breakfast everyday, outside under huge umbrellas, and five family cooked evening meals. All the food was lovely and the atmosphere very friendly. The apartment was spacious and it was lovely having a veranda, easily accessed by a ramp. I highly recommend this holiday to anyone who has a mobility difficulty because Eva, Charoulla, Chris and the rest of the team will look after you so well.

C&A Apartments is the place to be for all disabled users. Chris being a wheelchair user himself means the whole complex is accessible for him and his visitors. C&A is a family run business and each member provides a quality service From the moment you step off the plane . From transfers -room service – to food- to days by the pool or day trip excursions you couldn’t ask for anything more. Onsite the complex is totally accessible , the rooms are spacious and well adapted . Chris also runs paraquip a hire shop providing equipment for disabled users from wheelchairs , hoists, commode, shower chair, and even scooters what you need they have to hand so any issues can be resolved quickly. Onsite they have a hoist to access the pool providing a variety of rings , floats etc , plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. They also have an outside bar providing drinks and ice creams throughout the day and this area has a fan for those who over heat 🌞

To top it of the complex itself is well maintained on a daily basis , it is truly a hidden little treasure . The dining area where eve meals are catered for is always lit up with tea lights making for a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere for all the guests . Eva always present a wonderful buffet of food with a varied choice . You are totally waited on and Eva will be there to personally ensure you do not go hungry !!😄

Chris is well known in polis as an advocate campaigning for greater awareness for disabled users . I love this man Chris as he not only provides 5* accommodation his heart extends to the local community where he works closely with local businesses promoting accessibility and accommodating needs for disabled users. Chris campaigned for the seafront walkway from Polis to Latchi harbour and along this route you have access to the beech chair enabling disabled user to go directly into the sea “REMARKABLE “

You have to give this man a gold medal 💓

Andreas makes arrangements for the day trips , offering plenty to do and see , he has a mind full of knowledge of the local area and goes out of his way to ensure that your day is unforgettable . Via Chris and his family we managed to arrange parasailing with Latchi Sports and this was a truly wonderful experience . Ensuring safety and fun the guys where fantastic and it was a day i will never forget and would recommend to all 🙂

I know how difficult it can be to find places to go with good facilities for disabled users and I would whole heartedly recommend C@A it’s a little piece of heaven. The whole family make it a holiday not to forget.

From 15. to 22. October 2017 we had some perfect days here in Polis. It was our first time in Cyprus and certainly not for the last time. We enjoyed the hospitality, friendliness from Chris and his family and especially the tasty cuisine. Eva – thank you very much for the great dishes. I will come back surely.

Polis has a lot of offer and the beach with fine restaurants is a good place for relaxing. We made some trips and Andreas organized them in an uncomplicated way. Andrew showed us some fine places and he also took us back to the airport. It is great that the transfers work well and all the cars are useable for people who need a wheelchair.

We felt very comfortable and I am looking forward to come back next year.

zum dritten Mal konnten wir unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wie erwartet, wurden wir von Andreas und Charoulla am Flughafen empfangen und im behindertengerechten Taxi zum Hotel gebracht. Der Empfang war so herzlich, als ob wir wirklich zu unserer Familie zurückgekommen wären. Im Apartment stand die vorbestellte elektrische Aufstehhilfe parat, der Scooter war für seinen Einsatz ab dem nächsten Tag aufgeladen und so konnte die Erholung, vom ersten Augenblick an, beginnen. Unterstützt durch Evas leckere hausgemachten Mahlzeiten und Sonne und Pool mit Lifter. Ein von Andreas und Andrew nach unseren Wünschen geplanter Tagesausflug nach Levkara, Currum und Paphos mit Einblicken in traditionelles zyprisches Handwerk, brachte uns die Schönheiten der Insel noch näher. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr mit neuen Eindrücken vom Inselleben.

We have been home for a week now and miss the warmth of the sun, the warmth given by your family and the al fresco meals! There was a huge improvement this year to the temperature of the pool!! 34* for my first swim and 30* for the rest of our stay. Simon and I want to thank ALL of you for such a rewarding holiday. As soon as we arrived with Andrew in the adapted taxi from the airport and met Eva I just knew we were on for a good time!! First of all the homemade lemonade sitting and chatting after our journey. I dont usually like homemade lemonade but this was special!! Apartment 14 was perfect once we moved the second bed into the lounge for Simon!! There was a scooter all charged up and a four wheeler walker too, it is amazing how much equipment you have for so many different needs.

We both enjoyed meeting all the other guests from so many different countries. Also so many disabilities but we were all happy and relaxed and had FUN. The weather was perfect, pool perfect.all the family and helpers whose names I cannot spell, were so Kind. It was lovely to have homecooked dinners too..thanks to Eva and Eloura ?spelling! We loved Sammas cafe in town and Moustakalis ?sp again. I think I am saying far too much Chris. But we are both living off the memories!! Oh yes..I loved the photo of your lovely daughter Sara. Another wonderful stay at the C&A Apartments. We were a party of 4 – me, my parents and my Mum’s carer. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which has lots of space and a nice sunny balcony for meals. I hired a profile bed for Mum, which enabled her to sleep well. The facilities are great but what makes C&A special are the people. Chris and his family make all the guests feel so welcome and looked after. Nothing is too much trouble, which is very reassuring given the difficulties of complex medical needs. The atmosphere at C&A is less “hotel” and more “house party”. Guests tend to sit together on a communal table for meals which is a great chance to make new friends and enjoy a laugh together. I strongly recommend C&A as a holiday for disabled people, carers and family as a chance to get away from the usual routines and have some fun.

“Stunning”. Fabulous. Words are not enough to describe our stay at CA Hotel Apts. Chris and family welcomed us with open arms.
We were picked up in Larnaca airport and transported to Polis in one of their adapted taxis. The accommodation was more than expected. The beds were at right height to transfer easily, the bathroom and shower roll in and fully adapted. The pool has a seat to get you in and out of it. No stress and worry free. The meals were awesome. Home cooked succulence. The seating arrangements at meal times encouraged easy interaction between guests. Made some great friends and had some memorable times. The beach is a 10 minute drive by adapted taxi or 20 minutes by electric scooter which we rented from Chris at CA Apts. This gave us flexibility in our day trips and evening forays to the nearby restaurants. The beach at Latsi was heaven for me. The SeaTrac was still in use which allowed easy access to the water and I was able to enjoy several days of floating and swimming in the sea. We even managed to go parasailing! Being a paraplegic in a wheelchair, travelling and going on holiday can be very stressful and full of surprises. This vacation was stress free, easy, and memorable. We certainly will be back.

“Once again we visited Chris and his family at Polis. We are lucky enough to live on the beautiful island of Cyprus full time, and people often say to us; “why do we go and stay at C&A Apartments?” Because Bryan doesn’t do travelling well these days, but we still want a holiday and we love the atmosphere at the Neophytou family run accommodation. The quality of the disabled adapted apartments means we have no worries about accessibility which is a big issue when you use a wheelchair. The family run complex is beautifully laid out with the pretty gardens and being able to use the pool with the help of the hoist is perfect. Everyone is made welcome and put at ease, and the home cooking is excellent. Because of the atmosphere, people soon become friends and the laughter and chat around the dining table in the summer evenings just adds to the holiday. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants a short wall/roll away in the village square and local area. It may be disabled adapted, but is full of fun warmth and laughter!

For us, it was a return visit to a wonderful location. Family-owned C&A Apartments in Polis, Cyprus, was our vacation destination for the 6th time this summer. As ever, we had a wonderful time. Not only is the place kept clean, is the service impeccable and are the apartments fully equipped. The Neophytou family runs the place with love and attention to all their clients’ needs. Also, their staff needs a word of attention. Always well-humoured and ready to be of help. They are part of the experience and would be well-missed if ever one of them would leave. Scooter rental was very convenient, not to mention the excellent taxi service from and to the Paphos airport. Last but not least, we met a lot of wonderful people from different parts of the world, but also hooked up again with old friends from previous years. At the summer of 2017 we stayed with our family for 2 weeks at C&A appartments in Polis, Cyprus. There is availability of airport transfer if needed (in adapted taxis if needed) even from Larnaca. From the start our stay was truly delightful. The apartment itself was spacious and equiped with all necessities. Further, the pool is large and clean and also accessible for the disabled. From Polis you can easily venture out to the beaches, the nice town itself, Paphos or the mountains. C&A offers also the opportunity to join for dinner. This we would definite recommend as the food is not only gorgeous but the atmosphere is very pleasant indeed. All in all, the great hospitality and the good facilities, combined with the lovely surroundings makes that we rate our holiday a straight 10 out of 10!

The C&A Apartments in Pafos, Cyprus, are situated in a quiet residential area in Polis, situated on the north-east of the island.

As a wheelchair user transfers are an important part of any journey. We were picked up at Pafos airport. I was secured into the minibus, which is equipped with a rear entry lift. The journey to the apartments was both speedy and comfortable.

The complex is run by Chris, his family and staff, and run as a small family concern. The whole ethos of a holiday experience here is family orientated in that families are welcomed as an extended part of Chris’s family.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. My needs were adequately met in the bathroom with a seated shower, hand basin I could sit at, toilet raiser and circling room for my wheelchair.

The rooms were equipped with air-conditioning, which given the heat in July was a necessity. The a/c also seemed to deter the mosquitoes, as I came away from Cyprus with only a couple of bites.

My electric wheelchair was ready for my use on arrival. And though a little on the small side for me as I’m quite a large man, was OK for the week I stayed. Chris, you might want to consider investing in some larger wheelchairs. I can give you some pointers if you wish.

The evening meals are a very relaxed al fresco affair. The food, locally sourced and fresh is cooked every evening, and is served buffet-style with choices of salads, pastas, cooked vegetables, meats, fish and a variety of desserts.

Poolside lends a lazy relaxed feeling to the place. The pool’s shimmering azure invites the holiday make into its cool waters. Access to the pool can be achieved via a pool ladder,from a hand rail and steps, or by use of a hoist. During my stay the pool was never crowded; and there were always enough sun-beds and parasols to go around. There is a lifeguard on duty most of the time; and a sign alerting pool users when he is off duty.

Locally there is a lot of variety in eateries. We ate out on around four evenings and managed to find some very nice restaurants serving traditional Cypriot dishes of lamb, pork and fish.

If you’re looking for a quiet holiday in a warm place with comfortable surroundings in a family-type setting then Chris’s C&A Apartments is the place for you. This was my second stay and I will definitely be visiting Polis and staying at Chris’s again.

Th hotel is clean and polished thanks to the cordial cleaning staff. And the rooms are large and spacious with a wheelchair accessible. The possibility of renting accessories such as a crane, electric bed, toilet chair, scooters is very unique and is not available in other hotels. Eva is a cordial woman, a woman of conversation and a great cook. Andreas, your father is an extraordinary man, modest and able to organize and arrange visits outside the hotel. Always smiling and ready to help. We see your hotel as an overrated destination in our future visits. Thank you very much for the hospitality and family feeling you gave us the week we were staying with you and we strongly recommend other vacationers to do so. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.You make holidaying with a wheelchair so easy, we all felt so relaxed because your apartments and facilities are so well designed nothing is ever a problem. We were so glad we hired a standing hoist it was so much easier it was just like having your mobility aids that you have at home so you can holiday. We also used the wheelchair transfers for the airport and used the wheelchair taxi for a day out without having the stress of having to get into an ordinary taxi. Dad was happier because he didn’t have to move and Mum and I were happy because we didn’t have the stress or strain of having to move him into a car. As well as the apartments being excellent the food is amazing, wonderful home cooking. We are so glad we’ve found your apartments.

I can’t believe we’ve been back from our fabulous holiday in Cyprus for whole week! We both came back with the snuffles and were knackered after a late night flight. But what a great time we had going back to C & A Apartments in Polis where you are made to feel like one of the family. We met old friends and made new, and the disabled access apartments are fabulous, also the hoist for the pool and the hoists on the transport make such a difference for Jessie and I. Here are a few photos, but a big, big thank you to Chis and his family for welcoming us back. We’ve already booked for next year! I think that says it all! Jessie also got to use the Seatrac at Latchi this year, so he could swim in the sea.

Thank you all for our wonderful welcome to your hotel this year – from Andrews speedy transfers to Eva’s fantastic food, she and her helpers cater beautifully for my dietary problems. If anyone needs a car or trips to see Cyprus, Andreas is the main man, need any assistance with apartment or studio, or even wheelchairs, Kumar or Pradeep is there to assist, and not forgetting Chourela and Sarah too. Should you need a scooter or any disabled equipment, Chris is there to sort this out. I should also congratulate Cyprus airport for its disabled assistance, friendly and efficient, unlike Manchester – it is almost non existent. It was also great to meet up once again with friends we have come to know over the years and to catch up on the gossip! We now look forward to September to top up the tan and to see you all again.

Thanks once again for a great holiday. It is such a good place to meet up with friends old and new. Eva’s food was of the usual high standard. It amazes me how she can produce consistently good meals for meat eaters and the vegetarians within the group. As usual I was able to hire a powerchair and my carer, John was able to use a scooter to get us down the coast to Latchi. The pool area and the breakfast area was bright with flowers. Kumar, Pradeep and the ladies in the kitchen and around the complex helped keep the rooms and area immaculate. We came home with good memories and a great tan. Send our love to the family. After 10 years of not traveling overseas due to varying problems we stumbled across C&A Hotel Apartments on a web search we nervously booked it all up for 1 week in May . What can I say we should not have been nervous everything was fantastic we where met at the airport by Andreas (the most friendly and knowledge man I have had the pleasure to meet we also had a great day out on one of his tours ) the taxi transfer was in a fully adapted car the wheelchair passenger can either travel safely in the wheelchair or in the passenger seat. The rooms are all adapted this was great for us as it gave Tony total independence the whole of the apartment block is accessible we swam every day chair lift to get in and out of pool . The apartments and all the public areas are kept spotlessly clean towels and bedding are changed every couple of days . The home cooked food made by the beautiful Eva is out of this world you will go home a few pounds heavier . We look forward to returning soon you arrive as a visitor but leave as a friend so thank you to Chris ,Andreas, Eva, Charoulla, Kumer,Pradeep and everyone else involved in the running of the C&A Hotel Apartments you do a wonderful job.

On some websites you sometimes think that the testimonials are too good to be true, but for C & A Apartments they are all true!! From the moment that we were met at the airport by Andrew to delivered back safely to the airport we cannot speak highly enough of the facilities and of course Chris and his family. For a disabled person like Mandy it was so great to know that nothing was any trouble and at the same time to feel so comfortable in the wonderful surroundings. So did we like it, will we be back? For sure we did and we will. The surrounding areas in the town and on the beach pathways are so disabled friendly it makes life so much easier to plan trips and we can thoroughly recommend the accessible boat trip along the coast. Chris and his whole family are fabulous hosts with a special mention to his Dad Andreas who makes the best lemonade ever!!

Thank you for being so helpful with the taxi service too, taking us to all the places we wanted to visit, especially Ride in Cyprus near Lysos when we took Ali for a ride on a huge and wonderfully safe Shire horse called Megatron.
It was a lovely walk down the slope to the beach and along the lovely beach walkway you instigated to Latchi beach and harbour. We also used the beach at the Polis camp site. I was glad of my beach shoes (sold in the Polis supermarket) to protect my feet from the pebbles!
The people at Latchi watersports are wonderful. They took Ali up parasailing for the first time in his life. It was exhilarating and so skillfully operated. Ali was absolutely overjoyed and had the most enormous grin on his face the whole time! I even had a go and loved it!
Much of the village of Polis is easily accessible with a wheelchair. Ali was using his manual wheelchair, so it was good exercise for us all pushing him back up the hill from the beach!
And your Mother’s cooking is beautifully tasty and homely. We all ate far too much and loved every single mouthful!

We came to stay at C&A in September for our 3rd visit to these lovely apartments. Immediately upon arrival we were met by Andrew in the adapted taxi for a very smooth, hassle free transfer. We prebooked a hoist, bed lever, commode and power wheelchair, and found all the equipment ready and waiting upon our arrival.
Our room, apartment 14 was spacious and well kept throughout our stay. The home cooked food was delicious and we really enjoyed spending time with the lovely family and guests. We find staying here is just like coming home and I cannot recommend staying here enough, as the welcome you receive is second to none. Es war ein recht spontaner Aufenthalt und um es mit den Worten meiner Kinder vorweg zu nehmen: der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Ich war vor zwanzig Jahren das letzte Mal hier und die liebevolle Art, wie man hier aufgenommen wird hat sich seit dem nicht verändert und ist sicher einzigartig. Wir haben uns alle gleich wie zur Familie gehörig gefühlt und wurden auf so angenehme Art umsorgt, dass der Urlaub unglaublich entspannend war. Was sich in den letzten zwanzig Jahren verändert hat ist, dass es ein behindertengerechten Flughafen Transfer mit einem speziell umgebauten Auto gibt. Der komplette Komplex ist barrierefrei und es gibt die Möglichkeit diverse Dinge zusätzlich auszuleihen, wie zum Beispiel Elektromobile, mit denen man auch wunderbar die nähere Umgebung erkunden kann.
Der Pool hat einen speziellen Lift, sodass wirklich jeder in den Genuss kommen kann, ein erfrischendes Bad zu genießen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit frischem Orangensaft, selbstgemachte Zitronenlimonade, hausgemachte Marmelade, diversen Broten, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Rührei und Speck sowie diversen wechselnden Dingen ist toll und die hausgemachte Küche von Eva ist einfach umwerfend. Da meine Frau Zöliakie hat ist es nicht immer leicht, im Urlaub glutenfrei Dinge zu bekommen, hier war es allerdings kein Problem, alle wissen gut Bescheid und es lässt sich immer etwas finden.
Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und der nächste Aufenthalt lässt bestimmt nicht zwanzig Jahre auf sich warten. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen auch für Menschen, die keine körperliche Beeinträchtigung haben, hier ist wirklich jeder willkommen!

Andy and I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and warm welcome. As Andy’s Carer I was pleasantly surprise with your facilities. It was our first visit at your Apartments and you exceeded our expectations. Right from the beginning when we were collected at the airport in your adapted vehicle with a wheelchair we asked for, making the journey hassle free for Andy. The apartment was very spacious with the facilities Andy needs, like the adapted bed, making him feeling at home. Andy had been in Cyprus many times before his stroke and this was his first trip after that. He was very aprehensive but you and your family made the whole experience very positive. It is great you also provide rental equipment like scooters and the special bed. Your family are wonderful and made us feel like if we have known each other for years! Excellent meals and we have had great time having a drink (or two) with other guests in the evenings. It was like having a good time with old friends. Cannot wait to go back in April. We cannot recommend it higly enough. You and your family made us feel we have been friends for ever instead of guests.

Thank you once again for a lovely relaxing holiday which starts as soon as you arrive at Paphos airport. Andreas met us, Andrew loaded up the minibus and Charoulla drove us to the apartments, what a wonderful family. Once again we were treated to Eva & Nitsa’s home cooking on several occasions sat outside with friends from previous holidays and new ones too. The weather was perfect, relaxing by the pool, wandering up to the town square for a drink and snack, walks (& rides on scooters) in the surrounding area and a couple of trips to Latchi via the beach bar and La Plage. The apartments are ideal and cater for any disability however severe. This holiday is totally relaxing for the carers too. The family are very special to us and cannot do enough for their guests.

Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Am Flughafen wartete Andreas mit dem Behindertentaxi auf uns und in 45 Minuten waren wir im Hotel. Es war als kämen wir nach Hause und von diesem Moment an waren wir Teil deiner lieben Familie und der anderen Gäste. Das Schwimmen im Pool war dank des Liftes kein Problem und wir haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Genauso wie Evas herrliche hausgemachten Mahlzeiten. Ein herrlicher Ausflug mit dem Schiff in die Blaue Lagune war ein Höhepunkt in diesem Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

What a brilliant holiday we had. We have always avoided going down the disabled holiday route before but now wish we had done it sooner. The adapted taxi was waiting for us when we arrived and although there was some problem getting my husbands wider wheel chair on board that was soon sorted and we were on our way with no fuss or bother. It was 11 pm by the time we arrived but a quick phone call to a near by taverna secured us a meal and we were soon tucked up in bed and looking forward to waking up the next morning. For the next 10 days we were part of the Neophytou family to whom nothing was ever too much trouble.

Chris and his wonderful family have achieved something special with C & A Apartments Polis; a homely, but not intrusive, holiday resort for adults with physical disabilities where everything can be accommodated (provision of specialist equipment, scooters and wheelchairs, as well as adapted mini buses that operate as taxi’s – not only for organized day trips (of course you can do your own thing), but airport transfers). For anden gang har vi nu nydt stor gæstfrihed fra alle hos C&A: vi er blevet forkælet i fjorten dage, og fruen her er steget I vægt – selv om hun var ret aktiv med at svømme og cykle. I came with my wife and a carer. I am in a wheelchair and severely affected by multiple sclerosis. This required me to hire a hoist from you together with an electrically operated bed and a pressure reducing mattress. All these items were first class. I also needed wheelchair transport from the airport as well as transport of this kind to go on two trips visiting sites in Cyprus. This transport provided was perfect for the job and organised by your father very satisfactorily. So I can say categorically that all my physical needs were catered for very well. I would have gone swimming in the swimming pool using the hoist but I did not only because I had an eye infection which I did not wish to give to others. But I thought this hoist into the pool was a great facility and I saw it being used a lot. The accommodation you provided was very adequate for our needs, very clean and spacious with a lovely sitting area outside our French windows. Everywhere on the establishment was accessible to me in a wheelchair. Speaking more generally I think you and your family are very gracious hosts who look after your guests in a very caring and friendly way and I loved it as did my wife and my carer. Many people told me that they keep coming year after year to spend their holidays with you and I can understand that very well. You provide an oasis of comfort and care to families who have a disabled member.

We had a lovely time with you again this September and hopefully we will be back again next year. Andrew picked us up at the airport and quickly got Vivian settled in safely in your adapted vehicle and brought us the the hotel. We had a lovely welcome from the family and some of the other guests who were having a late drink. We had booked an apartment this year and was very pleased with its size and location. The bed lever that we had ordered was also in the room. We had booked our breakfasts for the 2 weeks but had decided not to pre- book evening meals to give us more opportunity to visit more of the lovely restaurants in the town. As it happened we ate in the hotel every other night as the food that Eva and Nitsa prepare is so good and varied. Unfortunately Vivian fell a few times so we had to ask Chris if we could hire a hoist to help with his transfers. This was delivered to us the next day when one became available. Next time we will have to hire one for the whole holiday. As a result of one of Vivians fall he had injured his foot and Charoulla had to send for the doctor to visit him. His foot was infected and he had 3 more visits from the doctor in Polis and is still being treated by our district nurse. This unfortunately stopped him swimming but I still managed to enjoy myself in the pool, even if it did become a bit warm in the afternoon. Andrew took us back to the airport and not only got a trolley but took us in to the assistance desk where he spoke to one of the helpers who straight away directed us to the front of the check in desk. We would like to thank all the family and staff for a lovely holiday and hope to see them all next summer.

Thank you all for a lovely holiday once again. We had the bonus of being met at the airport by Andreas, the top man! Met by the family and a very friendly greeting. We were able to enjoy Nitza’s dinners, sun, lovely studio, pool, sand, sea trips to beach and Latchi, what’s not to like! We always return home feeling reinvigorated and ready for the winter months. However, we will have withdrawal symptoms by next May, so we’re coming again next June! Until then.

Dear Chris,
As we arrived in the warmth of Paphos airport, Andrew was already waiting at the arrivals, for a smooth transfer to Polis in the wheelchair accessible minibus. At the apartments a warm welcome was awaiting us.
The hoist, a commode, and raised bed, which we had requested, were all awaiting for us in the room, which is simple, but ideal for wheelchair users. This year, I was no longer able to transfer to the chair of the Pool hoist – but no problem, the chair was replaced as needed with a hoist bar, and a waterproof sling was provided – so I was able to get back into the pool. All the equipment worked well, and we took advantage of a trip into the magnificent Troodos mountains.

we had a fantastic stay at your apartments. The facilities were exactly what we needed for someone who is a wheelchair user and it was great to be able to get in and out of the pool using the hoist. We were all made to feel like being at home (albeit significantly warmer than what we are used to!) and the quality of the food was excellent. I’ve got to say that the whole experience from our initial emails to book the apartment to arranging the extra equipment (hoist, etc) and sorting out the wheelchair accessible taxi was very straightforward. Hi Chris and family.
C&A appartments is one of the few truly adapted facilities for disabled persons and their families. Not only are supports available in the bathroom (something you find more often), but room space in the entire appartment is adapted for manouvring with wheel chairs. In addition all doors are wider than standard. I shouldn’t forget to mention the elevators and the special hoist that makes the swimming pool accessible for disabled persons. The hospitaly of the family and staff is fantastic, as is the cooking for the dinners buffets with plenty of fresh, delicous food (the same holds for the breakfast buffet). On top of this C&A offers a wide variety of scooters (“scootmobiel” in Dutch) for rent, not only for the disabled but also for the rest of the family. Finally C&A organizes a wide variety of activities of which we tried parasailing (something we could recommend to all).
Summarizing, our 2-weeks stay in C&A appartments was beyond or expectations and we certainly will return there sometime in future. We rate C&A with five stars, without exaggeration.

2 very relaxing weeks spent with you, this is the first time we have visited and found it to be every bit as good as we hoped. The airport adapted transfer was there to meet us and was great and hassle free. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped and a great choice of rental facilities available from seat raisers to scooters. The pool was a lovely welcome, the hoist perfect and easy to use and the raised sunbed cushions a very thoughtful extra. Eva’s food was delightful and the rest of your family were so friendly. There is nothing we can criticise within the apartment complex. The only thing worth mentioning for any self propelled wheelchair users thinking of coming here is that the footpaths can be slightly unwelcoming, although Chris has done a lot of work to get dropped kerbs in place which the local council have done the local drivers see them as a great place to park !! Don’t let this put you off though, forearmed is forewarned, just hire an electric scooter from Chris instead, much easier. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to C&A apartments. It was our first trip abroad with my wheelchair and it was an absolute success! We were met at the airport by John the driver who transported us to the apartments in their adapted mini bus. No problems at all and off we went to the apartments, some 45 minutes from the airport. We were met by Eva and Charoulla who gave us a wonderful welcome and showed us to our room. From that moment, we knew that we had made the right choice as we felt so welcome. The apartment was totally wheelchair accessible as was the whole complex and the pool area so allowed me to be totally independent. The pool hoist was a real find; it was so simple to use and allowed me to use the pool with no problems whatsoever. The food there was also delicious, all homemade and authentic and plenty of choice. Every meal was served at long tables allowing you to chat to the others guests and make some lovely friends. We spent a few days exploring the island and car hire was sorted in the blink of an eye by Nitsa as was the hire of two mobility scooters to take advantage of the lovely seaside walk to Latchi. The beach there had the SeaTrac solar powered wheelchair which was a really amazing experience; definitely something to use if you visit. When it was time to leave, we packed our cases with a real feeling of sadness that we had to leave such a lovely place. The whole family were great, they all had time to chat, to help and just to make you feel like a friend more than just a guest. Andrew took us back to the airport and took us straight in to the help desk where the airport staff escorted us right through the queues and were so helpful, I felt like an honoured guest!
If you are looking for somewhere to holiday where you feel like a friend rather than a disabled person, then this is the place for you. As a first time wheelchair traveller, I was so grateful to Eva, Andreas, Chris, Nitsa, Charoulla and Sarah for making it a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to visit you all again!

We have had quite a few holidays at C&A Apartments in Polis and each time we are welcomed by Chris and his family who go to great lengths to cater for every need. The home cooked food by Eva and Nitsa is delicious and plentiful. It’s lovely to sit outside in the evening to eat dinner with the other guests and the family. This year Charoulla and Sarah looked after us with drinks etc. The transfer from and to Paphos airport makes for a relaxing journey with either Andrew or John, this time we were delayed 3 hours but John was waiting for us. The pool with its hoist means everyone can enjoy a cooling swim and scooters are available to hire for anyone (able-bodied or not) to venture to the beach and Latchi. We look forward to our return in September. “

Thanks for such a lovely holiday. It was very nice to meet you and the whole family.
This was a special holiday right from the start. We were collected from the airport without having to wait and on arrival Eva met us and gave us a cup of tea. It took us a couple of days to realise that this wasn’t the usual holiday where you keep to yourselves and try to manage as well as possible. This was like living with a family who couldn’t do too much to help. The warm inclusive feeling spread out to all the guests, who in turn were like friends to each other. Many guests had been several times before and, prior to leaving, were booking to come again. The hotel was very pleasant with plants and trees around it and the food was delicious. We hired a raised toilet seat and it was the most comfortable we’d ever used! We also hired a commode shower chair which was good. We had arranged for a carer to come in every morning. She was extremely punctual, you could set your watch by her, and was very nice and friendly. We had the same person every day for two weeks which was also very helpful. We found it very easy to get around the hotel and there never seemed to be anyone else in the lift when we used it. The pool area was pleasant and we were able to get onto sun loungers for the first time for years as some had extra high mattresses on them. After this holiday I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a trip to the sun.

We had a wonderful vacation at Chris and his family. With all their help, hospitality and good care we didn’t have to worry about anything. The whole building complex is very accessible, so you can go on yourself to the swimming pool, restaurant and so on. The apartment is also very well accessible, there is enough space for maneuvering with a wheelchair. We loved the diners in the evening. So cozy to sit with the other guests at the long table and talked through the day and enjoy a wonderful diner en of course the lovely deserts with our compliments to mother Eva and her daughters Nitsa en Charoulla . I’m a vegetarian but every evening there were a lot of dishes without meat or fish. A lot of things are possible at C&A. We drove with the hired scooters along the beach walkway to Latchi, with a wonderful view at the sea. I parasailed, a great experience (with a lot of thanks to the men at the boat). I could into the swimming pool with the pool hoist. There are a lot of things you can do, made possible by Chris and his family.

We have been taking our holiday with you since 2007. It is hard to think about staying anywhere else when everything at C and A is perfect. The food is wonderful, the transfers and trips out are in an adapted vehicle and everyone makes us feel so welcome. When we arrived back in England we got into grubby black taxi to go home. The driver did not have any restraints to secure the wheelchair and had no idea how to attach the seat belt. It made me realise how much I value the professionalism of your drivers, every one of whom is properly trained to operate the lift and secure the chair. Half way through our holiday one of the tyres on Eleni’s manual wheelchair sprang a puncture. I had brought a spare inner tube and within ten minutes Kumar had changed the tyre, inflated it and brought it back to me. C and A must be the only holiday venue in the world where this would happen. Every year we try to find a new place to take a trip and this time found Lemba Pottery, near Paphos. If you like handmade ceramics this is well worth a visit.

We had a fantastic week in Cyprus in C and C apartment. From airport picked up by wheelchair bus with all the services you could ever imagine! The apartment was ideal for the wheelchair and all requested items were present. Because the lift and the wheelchair did not like were immediately arranged another lift and a scooter, really very good family service! Our apartment and terrace was not so cosy, lying close to road and therefore some noisy. Air-conditioning fee. But if you book before you have a better and quieter apartment Breakfast at the A and C complex was cosy on courtyard. Also 1 x had dinner there, very nice .. The pool lift was quite fine. There was also present a floating cork. It was very good to do to drive to the beach with scooter and walking. Half an hour by beautiful orange groves and other plants. Campsite and so on the beach! On the beach peacefully and fine restaurant. Village in the opposite direction in 10 minutes. Grievous nice terraces. In short a holiday to do about fast !!!! We hebben een fantastische week op Cyprus gehad in C en A appartement.Vanaf vliegveld opgehaald met rolstoelbus met alle service die je je maar kunt indenken!

Het appartement was uitstekend geschikt voor de rolstoel en alle aangevraagde artikelen waren aanwezig. Omdat de tillift en de elektrische rolstoel niet bevielen werden er meteen een ander tillift en een scootmobiel geregeld, echt hele goede service van de familie! Ons appartement en terras was niet zo gezellig, lag dicht bij weg en daardoor wat lawaaierig. Airco tegen betaling. Maar als je eerder boekt heb je een leuker en rustiger appartement Ontbijten in het A en C complex was gezellig op binnenplaatsje. Ook 1 x diner daar gehad, erg lekker.. Het zwembad met lift was heel fijn. Er was ook een drijfkurk aanwezig. Het was heel goed te doen om met scootmobiel en lopend naar het strand te rijden. Een half uur door prachtige sinaasappelboomgaarden en andere planten. Over de camping en zo op het strand! Aan strand heerlijk rustig en fijn restaurantje. Dorpje de andere kant op in 10 min. Erge leuke terrasjes.

C&A är ett fantastiskt, funktionellt och familjärt hotell som erbjuder all tänkbar komfort för den som på grund av fysiskt handikapp ofta stöter på hinder när det gäller att hitta ett bra semesterboende.

Här har man tänkt på allt (och lite till)! Man hyr ut rullstolar och många andra hjälpmedel, ordnar utflykter med egnataxibussar med plats för rullstolar. Dessutom erbjuds transfer med taxibuss till och från hotellet och flygplatserna i Paphos eller Larnaca.

Polis är en charmig liten stad med oerhört vackra omgivningar. Chris på hotellet som själv är rullstolsburen, har med kommunens hjälp ordnat med en promenadväg på ett par kilometer längs havet till en trevlig by med restauranger och cafeer.

På hotellet finns pool med lyft, förhöjda solsängar och lägenheter med gott om golvutrymme och praktisk inredning samt stora badrum.

Lovely town, lovely apartments, lovely people what more can we say ! Nothing is too much trouble for Chris and family. Have recently returned having spent a wonderful 10 days at C and A apartments Polis. As usual everything was wonderful there and Chris and his Family made us feel very welcome. Although we didn’t take advantage of the airport transfer we have done so in the past and found it really useful. Also the equipments that you can rent at the apartments is first class. Holiday in paradise
I found the C&A apartments in the internet and booked them together with the transport in a adapted taxi from the airport to the apartments. As soon as we arrived at the airport two friendly and helpful men, Andreas and Dimitri, were waiting for us to take us to the C&A apartments. At the taxi I could choose between transfer to a seat or sitting in my wheelchair. I was lifting with a hydraulic ramp into the taxi. At the apartments we were welcome with homemade lemonade by Chris sister Nitsa. In our room the pre booked equipment was waiting for me. The room and the surrounding were great, with every facility for the disabled but not intrusive if you aren’t. I enjoyed the pool with the hoist which allowed me to swim in the sun. It seems that nothing makes too much trouble for any of Chris family. Chris mom Eva is a great cook. She regales us every evening with wonderful Cypriot delights. The day starts with a delicious and lovely breakfast buffet with jam make on Evas own. We mostly sit outside under the parasol. Most members of Chris family stay also there, and they have time to talk if you like. We got the feeling of belonging to the family. We hired some of Chris scooters and visit the beach and Latchi. The island and the nature, the weather, the apartment, Chris family and the whole atmosphere were great and fantastic I believe I’m in paradise. Urlaub wie im Paradies

Ich hatte die C&A Apartments im Internet entdeckt und zusammen mit einem behindertengerechten Rollstuhltransfer gebucht. Am Flughafen gelandet, wurden wir von zwei freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Männern, Andreas und Dimitri, empfangen. Beim Taxi konnte ich wählen zwischen im Rollstuhl sitzen bleiben und über eine Hebebühne ins Auto zu gelangen oder auf einen Sitz wechseln. Beim Apartment wurden wir von Chris Schwester Nitsa mit selbstgemachter Zitronenlimonade empfangen. In unserem Zimmer stand die vorbestellte Aufstehhilfe bereit. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Apartmentanlage sind absolut behindertengerecht aber auch nicht zu aufdringlich für Nichtbehinderte. Ich genoss den Lifter am Pool, der es mir ermöglichte in der Sonne zu schwimmen. Es schien, das kein Wunsch zu kompliziert für Chris Familie war. Sie machten fast alles möglich. Chris Mutter Eva ist eine großartige Köchin. Sie verwöhnte uns jeden Abend, mit wunderbaren zypriotischen Köstlichkeiten. Der Tag begann mit einem traumhaften Frühstücksbuffet mit Evas selbstgemachter Marmelade. Wir frühstückten meistens auf der Terrasse unter einem Sonnenschirm. Die meisten Familienmitglieder waren auch dort, und hatten Zeit für ein Gespräch, wenn man wollte. Wir bekamen das Gefühl, mit zur Familie zu gehören. Wir mieteten Chris‘ Scooter und besuchten den Strand und den Ort Latchi. Die Insel und ihre Natur, das Wetter, das Apartment, Chris Familie und die gesamte Atmosphäre waren großartig und fantastisch. We spent with my husbund (in the wheelchair) a lovely week in C & A in the beginning of October. This was our third time in this hotel. That tells something.
There was no Andreas waiting for us on the airport but gransons Andrew and Dimitri. And what a warm wellcome in the hotel from mother Eva and the others and a glass of Andreas lemonade, of course.
We have ordered before an electric bed, a bedleaver and a shower commode. All those were waiting in the room and a scooter outside. At finally we started to use a hoist what was more safe. Everything was ok., all thought we booked the room quite late. The family team is amazing, Chris, his mother Eva and father Andreas, sisters Nitsa and Charoulla, young men Anrew and Dimitri and Kumera and Predeep. They all wanted that everything is ok. with you. And one of the best, Evas and Nitsas food. I missed that. Thank you all!

We had a wonderful week here, being taken care of by the whole family. The rooms are great, with every facility for the disabled but not intrusive if you aren’t. We particularly enjoyed the pool with the hoist which allowed my husband to swim in the sunshine. It was like having your own private pool. The guests all mixed well and we had several different nationalities all getting along fine. Having been turned away because of disability from the 4 star apartments in Paphos we stayed at for 12 years, we were very lucky indeed to find this haven in Polis .Chris has been so careful in the design of everything and has a whole range of extras like scooters and raised toilet seats available. As this is our ? seventh visit, there were few surprises just the things we expect; Eva’s wonderful welcome, an adapted room that just suited our needs, all the equipment we need (hoist and commode) a lovely warm 12m pool with an electric hoist that I used daily and the welcoming atmosphere of a house party. Starting straight off at the airport to greet us with the adapted taxi transfer & help with our luggage for a smooth transition to our accommodation….. which was a ground floor studio with easy access & a bathroom/wet room with rails & roll in/out shower with seat if required. During week 37/2015 we spent an enjoyable time in a C & A apartment in Polis. We had rented an el-scooter for Kurt, and downtown I rented a bike, so that it was faster to go to the beach – and Latsi with the fishing harbor.

The C & A area has got a swimming pool of its own, and we also used that. Our apartment was very well equipped and easy to live in, when you are a disabled. As some may know, the Polis town is about two hours’ drive away from the international Larnaca airport, but it is no problem, because we were picked up by a special C & A van, very suitable for all sorts of disabled. Not to forget the very competent staff handling the vans and lifts.

Have we now forgotten anything? yes! We enjoyed being spoilt in the C & A hospitable household, and we are both very impressed by Chris & Co’s marketing of a brilliant concept: You demonstrated in a very charming way that disabilities can be turned into a positive thing, and that unimportant nitty-gritty things should be put in the background. The charm and friendliness of both your family and staff is not seen so often. So many positive people gathered in one place!

We shall not hesitate to recommend C & A to others, and we should like to return to your place.

I uge 37/2015 har vi haft nogle fornøjelige dage i en C & A lejlighed i Polis. Vi havde lejet en el-scooter til Kurt, og ude i byen havde jeg selv lejet en cykel, saa vi kunne kommer hurtigere ned til stranden – og til byen Latsi med fiskerihavnen.

Hos C & A har man også en swimming pool, og den brugte vi også. Vores lejlighed var fint udrustet og nem at bo i, når man er handicappet. Som man måske ved, ligger Polis by ca to timers kørsel fra den internationale lufthavn i Larnaca, men det er ikke noget problem, for vi blev hentet – og bragt – af en speciel C & A van, meget velegnet til at håndtere handicappede. Ikke at forglemme det meget kompetente personale, som håndterede bil og lifter.

Har vi nu glemt noget? JA! Vi nød også at blive forkælet i den gæstfrie C & A familie, og vi er begge meget imponerede over den måde, hvorpå Chris & Co markedsfører en brillant idé: På mange charmerende måder blev det demonstreret, at handicaps kan vendes til noget positivt, og at ubetydelige detaljer bør glide i baggrunden. Charmen og venligheden, som vi oplevede fra hele familien og personalet, ses ikke så ofte. Der var bare så mange positive mennesker samlet på én sted!

Vi anbefaler gerne C & A til andre, og vi kommer gerne igen!

We spent in July 2015 for two weeks at C&A Tourist Apartments in Cyprus.The hotel was very nice, clean, neat and cosy for all of us.There was a complete access for our disability daughter in the room and all over in the hotel. This year we reunited with our friends at C&A Apartments for the 5th time. Again, and as expected, it was wonderful. We enjoyed the great hospitality of the family and staff. On a practical note, the taxi service was so comfortable, as was the availability of the scooter. Our highlight this year was our parasailing adventure. We were at C & A Apartments, despite our first visit, Chris and his family received as friends. The fellowship within this rather special apartment complex is very informal and cordial. We had this holiday apartment with two bedrooms, in fact these were two connected apartments with a connecting door. This meant a lot of space and all the plumbing duplicated indicates this with a child that has to do with the frequency of sanitary use a lovely luxurious feel. We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered but a few times in the evening it sat at the table with by Mother cooked and very tasty food. Other days we have eaten in the village where a variety of good restaurants are found, refer any questions to the family and to beautiful places. The pool is big enough for the number of guests and well equipped but most importantly clean. The beach however is quite far to walk, you need a push wheelchair keep in account 20 minutes to the nearest beach, you want a nicer beach at Lachi keep in account three minutes to an hour running or whether your taxi bus can be brought, it is almost always possible (just ask at the time). We would have been happy to see something of the area and its two days out with Andreas; he told us all about the island, people and nature. Between a wine tasting and go on, really nice experience. Because the complex has its own taxi service with custom cars also have the transportation to and from the airport no problem, the service goes so far as to bring you to the office of special care and ensure a good settlement. Short for a vacation to be pampered.

Hello Chris and family/friends….. We were so looking forward to our holiday at our second home in Cyprus. And even though we were an hour late, the warm welcome we received from Andrew and swift transport to Polis. What a surprise to see your family and friends still up at midnight but ready for a coffee and catchup with the gossip! Well rested the next day, lovely breakfast, and settling down to sun, loungers, the odd beer, many books and Eva’s wonderful dinners! After the traumas of the winter period in the UK, what a wonderful respite! We also made use of Chris’s power wheelchairs to make a couple of trips to Latchi for lunches and a bit of shopping for family at home. Unfortunately, we can’t book for this autumn, but we have for next year and can plan and look forward to 2016. Hope you are all well and not working too hard.Take care,

The adapted taxi service is also a great help for travelers arriving at Cyprus’s airports, or for excursions around the island. We hebben een super leuk verblijf gehad bij jullie appartementen. Door jullie gastvrijheid voelden we ons echt welkom. Voor mijn ouders is het zeker een ideale locatie gebleken, zeker met alle aanpassingen die er zijn is het absoluut geen probleem, ook niet met mijn vader zijn eigen elektrische rolstoel. Verder was de transfer van het vliegveld naar de appartementen ook super geregeld met het speciale vervoer. De aanbevelingen zoals de boottocht en het parasailen waren zeker ook de moeite waard een oude wens van mijn vader in vervulling gegaan! Ontbijt ook iedere dag super en zeker ook de BBQ waren super! Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid, het was een topvakantie zeker ook voor mijn ouders!!
